For the first time ever, you can experience CGW LAN as part of Copenhagen Gaming Week. In collaboration with Lan Team Nord, the team behind the LAN event Geeks Gone Wild, we're bringing together gamers from across the country for three days packed with gaming, tournaments, competitions, and the unique LAN atmosphere that emerges when passionate players gather under one roof.

Whether you're aiming for victory in major tournaments, looking to meet new people who share your passion, or simply want to spend a weekend gaming with friends, CGW LAN is designed for you. Throughout the event, you'll have the chance to compete for prizes with a total value exceeding DKK 70,000 across a range of tournaments and competitions.

With a LAN ticket, you'll get your own spot in the LAN area, 24/7 access throughout the event, and admission to the rest of Copenhagen Gaming Week.

Set the best score of the day, climb the leaderboard, and see if you can hold on to the top spot until the festival comes to an end.

Your LAN ticket includes

  • Your own dedicated LAN spot, including a desk, chair, power outlet, and network connection.

  • 24/7 access to the LAN area and LAN kiosk, so refreshments and supplies are always within reach.

  • Access to CGW LAN and the Expo throughout all three days during festival opening hours.

  • Access to all LAN activities, tournaments, and challenges.

Sleeping accommodation can be purchased as an add-on (limited availability, first come, first served).

Make the Most of Your LAN Weekend

Make your LAN experience even more comfortable with our practical add-ons. If you need a place to rest between gaming sessions, you can purchase access to our shared sleeping area for the duration of the event. You can also add a meal package, which includes breakfast and dinner, so you can focus on gaming, tournaments, and spending time with the community without having to worry about meals.

Both add-ons require a valid LAN ticket and are available in limited quantities.

SLEEPING AREA FOR CGW LAN 2027

Are you planning to game all weekend and need a place to rest between sessions? Then you can add a sleeping space to your Copenhagen Gaming Week LAN 2027 experience.

The sleeping space gives you access to our shared sleeping area throughout the event and can only be purchased together with a valid LAN ticket. Please bring your own sleeping mat, air mattress, or similar, along with a sleeping bag, so you're ready to recharge when it's time for a break from the screen.

We recommend clearly labelling your belongings and showing consideration for the other participants using the sleeping area.

Please note: Access to the sleeping area requires both a LAN ticket and a sleeping space ticket. The number of sleeping spaces is limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you're looking for a little extra comfort, we also offer hotel packages at our own hotel, Bella Sky. Alternatively, there are several hotels within walking distance of Bella Center Copenhagen.

MEAL PACKAGE FOR CGW LAN 2027

Spend more time gaming and less time worrying about meals. With a meal package for CGW LAN 2027, you'll have the weekend covered with four meals, helping you stay energized throughout the event.

The meal package includes 2 breakfasts (Saturday and Sunday) and 2 dinners (Friday and Saturday). You'll get a total of four meals for DKK 395, making it easy to focus on tournaments, activities, and experiences with the rest of the LAN community.

Please note: The meal package is an add-on to your LAN ticket and includes all four meals. Individual meals cannot be purchased through the meal package.

Practical Information

To take part, you'll need to bring:

  • Your own computer or gaming console

  • All equipment and cables required for your setup

  • The games you wish to play

Please ensure your setup is ready for gaming upon arrival and can be connected to the network via an Ethernet cable.
