Whether you're looking for complete creative freedom to build a unique brand presence or prefer a simple, ready-made stand solution, we offer options to suit a range of goals and budgets.
Choose between exhibition space or a fully branded stand package and create the perfect setting to showcase your products, engage with visitors and bring your brand to life at the festival.

Exhibition Space Rental
Create a stand tailored to your goals and ambitions. Choose the exhibition space that best suits your needs and design a presence that reflects your brand.
Exhibition space is available at DKK 895 per m² (excl. VAT) and includes: General lighting - Wireless internet access - Exhibitor passes
Additional focused lighting can be ordered if required. You simply book the desired number of square metres and take care of the remaining stand design and activation yourself, including activities, graphics, materials and installation.
This solution gives you complete flexibility to create a visible and engaging presence that supports your objectives and helps you connect with visitors throughout the festival.
Concept Stand
With a concept stand, you get a professional, ready-made stand solution where the key elements are already included. It’s an easy and effective way to showcase your brand at the festival without having to manage stand construction, graphics or technical setup yourself.
Choose from three stand sizes:
Stand 1: 9 m² – DKK 15,250 excl. VAT
Stand 2: 18 m² – DKK 25,500 excl. VAT
Stand 3: 27 m² – DKK 35,750 excl. VAT

A concept stand is ideal for exhibitors looking for a simple, professional and hassle-free solution, with all the essentials in place from day one.
Please note that stand activities and any additional equipment are not included and can be planned separately based on your specific needs and objectives.
